1. Order and Payment

      The B2B Ecommerce wholesale market platform www.yiwubazaar.com is owned by Yiwu Shahin Import-Export Co., Ltd. The company is working as a seller and is main stakeholder of www.yiwubazaar.com. So, the company is also exporting small commodities to Central Asia and rest of the world. The supplier on this platform is also including actual wholesaler of the Yiwu Small Commodities Market.

FAQs about order and payments you need to know in YiwuBazaar. Please read it before you pay. When you pay for the order, it will be deemed to accept our payment policy.

How to place an order and pay?

Our products are sourced from all manufacturers, wholesalers from Yiwu Small Commodity Market, that have contracted to cooperate. Although we have work hard to supervise and check the quality, each buyer has different requirements for quality, so before you place a larger order, please place a smaller order first to ensure that the product quality and delivery cycle are within your expectation.

 There are three steps to complete an order:

STEP-1: Select the products, before you check out Filling in correct Receiving Information

Please make sure to provide a complete consignee name, accurate delivery address, and telephone number to ensure package safe and in time delivery. 

Avoid abbreviation in your name. For example, the name should be "Harry Potter", not "Harry P".


STEP-2: Choosing the shipping method

We support different logistics methods for different countries. Please choose the one that suits you best according to the delivery cycle range and shipping cost.

Before you submit the Purchase Order, please write your prefer shipping methods. After we received your purchase request, one of our team members will contact you by email, phone or any other preferred chat options confirm your order and help you find best shipping methods.

Please note that many logistics companies currently do not support delivery to addresses with "P.O.BOX". So, in order for your package delivered in time, please do not use this type of address. 

      You can choose the shipping method according to your actual needs, And the shipping fee will be calculated after we confirmed your purchase order.


STEP-3: When you check out select one of the payment methods

Currently we do have 4 type of payment methods: Cash On delivery, Direct Back Transfer,  Payoneer and Paypal. Here is some of the short explanations:
1.Direct Back Transfer: If you are choosing to pay by Bank Transfer, please ensure your funds are sent to YiwuBazaar to allow sufficient time for your funds to reach YiwuBazaar and for YiwuBazaar to pay the Seller. Your order will be dispatched once your transfer has been verified.

2.Cash On delivery: Pay with cash upon delivery. (Note: this payment methods only for validated overseas wholesale buyers)

3.Payoneer: Make a payment By Payoneer Account. If you dont have the Payonner Account, please click the link to register:  https://www.payoneer.com

4.Paypal: We do also accept Paypal payment.

So please rest assured that your payment is absolutely safe with us.      


 YiwuBazaar supports almost all common payment methods:

Credit Card payment, including MasterCard / Visa / JCB / AMEX /Discover and other mainstream credit cards. PayPal payment.

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is successfully paid.

Your order should be paid within 72 hours, or the system will automatically close it.

Note: Therefore, you should complete the payment by yourself. If any issues arise regarding your credit card transaction, please contact your credit card company for assistance. We cannot take any responsibility for any credit card payment issues.


2. Order processing and shipping tracking

  1. After you place orders and payment, all packages will be sent to the logistics center after sorting, quality inspection, packaging, and sealing.
  2. Since the products come from different warehouses and suppliers, according to the actual situation of the products you purchase, you may encounter the following problems: Your order may be canceled by the system;
  3. Your order may be out of stock;
  4. Your order processing time may be more than 8 working days;
  5. Your order may be sent out in batches/packages;
  6. According to different products quantity and different suppliers, the time of order processing will be different;
  7. Cancel order or order be canceled;
  8. Usually, the order can be canceled for free within 24 hours after you paid successfully, and the money will be returned according to the method you paid;
  9. Orders can be canceled for free within 24 hours after payment and a full refund.
  10. Orders can be canceled within 24-72 hours after payment, but need to pay 20% processing fees. 
  11. Orders cannot be canceled over 72 hours after payment or have been shipped. 
  12. When the system detects that your order has payment risk and the possibility of credit card fraudulent use, the system may automatically close orders to avoid the Payer's accidental loss. If you find that there is a misjudgment in the system, please contact us via Online Chat in the YiwuBazaar app or website.
Out of stock or damaged

There are the following reasons for some products out of stock or damaged:

  1. The out-of-stock of warehouses or suppliers;
  2. Found products lack part, damaged or defective during the quality inspection process;

We usually deal with it as follows when your product is out of stock;

  1. Try to restock for you;
  2. Redeem the corresponding amount of Credit Coupon according to the order requirements;
  3. Contact you to exchange other products according to the order requirements;
  4. Direct refund for damaged products (after receipt of evidence such as photos);


3. Shipping And Tracking

YiwuBazaar provides flexible shipping methods to help you save freight or time.

     Order handling time

After orders are paid, we will inform the wholesaler/ Factory start to production process. On every single stage of your order, we will inform you by email of your order status.

(Affected by hot-sales season or public holidays, the processing time may be extended to 5-10 working days) for quality inspection, packaging, and then delivery to the logistics center for shipment.

     Shipping methods

As a factory wholesale platform, in order to help customers obtain more cost-effective shipping services, YiwuBazaar provides customers in North America, Europe, and other countries and regions with flexible shipping methods, including DHL, UPS, FedEx, Air Cargo, Sea Cargo, USPS, DHL e-commerce, etc.

Before placing an order, you may not see all available shipping methods, the corresponding shipping time, and the freight for each shipping method. Generally, after you placed the order with us, then will according to your needs, we will contact different logistics firms to find out best shipping methods and try our best to deliver your goods with cost effective way.

DHL, UPS, FedEx, Air Cargo, Sea Cargo do not support shipping addresses with "P.O.BOX" or "BOX". If you choose the above shipping method, please be sure to fill in the accurate shipping address.

    Shipping time

  1. Affected by Covid-19, the international logistics shipping time has been extended more than usual, and the freight rates of logistics companies have been at a relatively high level, which has become a common problem in the world.
  2. Each shipping method corresponds to a different shipping time, and the logistics company will deliver the package within the time agreed upon by the current shipping method.
  3. In case of irresistible factors (bad weather, shipping congestion, special festivals, etc.) the shipping time may be postponed correspondingly. This should not be your reason for after-sales or disputes about the order.
  4. During major holidays such as Christmas, order processing and delivery time will be forced to be extended accordingly. In order not to affect your sales, it is recommended that you arrange your purchase plan in advance.

We provide complete and timely logistics information tracking for all orders in YiwuBazaar.

Only the packages that have been packaged and sent to logistics companies can be tracked logistics information.

  4. After-Sales Service

We try our best to ensure that the products you purchase can meet your requirements with strict quality control and careful packaging, but it is always impossible to be 100% satisfied.

We make it easy for everyone to return and refund. The following is some questions you want to know:


The conditions for buy and return of small commodities as well as specific products purchased by buyers after negotiation between seller, supplier and/or wholesaler are given below:

1. In buying process, the seller, supplier and/or wholesaler will responsible for product’s supply, quality check, warehouse, export-import, logistics process in the various areas.

2. As a wholesaler, we may able to return or refund, if the products or goods mismatch on the order having exact proof of this after lodging complaint or negotiation by buyer/customer.

3. For the quality of products or goods, we as a wholesaler or wholesaler may other than us, explain buyers or customers, exact quality before actual order of purchase. So, the buyer shall not demand the return or refund on the quality from the wholesaler.

4. If the buyers/customers want to return the products or goods, all the costs will be paid by buyers/customers. We shall only responsible for negotiate with supplier, replace the goods, or replenish part of loss.

Due to the high cost of international logistics and customs duties, the refund is not covered by after-sales service when meeting the following situations:

  1. Don't like the products received or think the quality is not satisfactory.
  2. The wrong size ,color, type or quantity was selected.
  3. The shipping address filled in by the customer is inaccurate, resulting in the logistics company being unable to deliver the package or the package being lost.
  4. The consignee's phone is always unanswered, and cannot get in touch via email, phone, social media, etc., resulting in the logistics company being unable to deliver the package or the package being lost.
  5. The customer's failure to cooperate with customs clearance causes the package to be destroyed by the customs.
  6. The customer requested that the package be placed in the garage or outside the door, causing the package to be lost.
  7. For non-quality problems or quality problems without valid evidence, we will not accept returns in any way.

Note: The warehouse department cannot accept any packages that are subject to shipping and customs duties or packages that are returned without negotiation.


5. Disputes

YiwuBazaar do not accept any disputes without communication.

Please note that when your order is lost or damaged, please contact us first via email or online chat for after-sales service. 

When you place an order, it means that you have agreed to the following terms by default:

  1. Affected by COVID-19, currently, DHL, FedEx, UPS,or any other logistics firm, etc. implement contactless delivery. The courier will call you in advance and the package may be placed at the door, hallway, or garage. Please pay attention to answering the phone in order to receive the package in time. If the package is lost because your phone cannot be connected, you will voluntarily bear all losses and liabilities.
  2. If consignee information is inaccurate or incomplete, the package will be destroyed by the logistics company or customs because it cannot be delivered, and you will voluntarily bear all losses and liabilities.
  3. When your package arrives at customs, it is likely to be levied a certain percentage of tariffs. If your package is returned or destroyed due to unpaid duty, you will voluntarily bear all losses and liabilities.
  4. Please avoid using the delivery address with "P.O.BOX". If the package cannot be delivered due to this, you will voluntarily bear all the losses and liabilities.
  5. If you haven't received the package for a long time, please contact us first, and we will actively cooperate with you to track the package. If the logistics company lost your package, we will refund you and make a claim to them. However, if the package is not lost and still in transit after checking with the logistics company, you will voluntarily wait and waive the right to dispute. 
  6. If your credit card or Paypal is stolen by others and paid the order, please contact us immediately to close the order to avoid property loss.
  7. We cannot accept any free after-sales service requests that exceed 30 days after the package is delivered and the resulting payment disputes.
